- Protect your hair while sleeping by wearing a silk bonnet, scarf or sleeping on a satin pillow case; this prevents breakage through friction.
- Wash your hair to remove build-up. How often you wash your hair will depend on your hair type, porosity , how often you style and what shampoo you use.
